WHO WE ARE

verdiGris Studio midwest designers are nationally recognized for master planning, landscape architectural services, project management, permitting, QA/QC and construction administration of all site development and landscape architecture projects. The scope of services varies depending on the type of facility being planned or renovated based on existing and proposed programming.

The firms design experience ranges from private developers to municipal complexes (civic, parks and recreation and multi-sport complexes) working through the process as value added team members from concept design thru to the ribbon cutting. The firm continues to design and develop projects with high standards based on the client expectations - LEED and Sustainable Site principles are always at the core of our philosophy and are integrated with the economics and operational efficiency at the forefrunt.

SERVICES

Our team has successfully completed site development projects that range dramatically in scale and type. Our portfolio includes public agency projects, office / medical buildings, trails / parks master planning, open play fields and specific multi-use tournament complexes as well as retail / lifestyle center projects. Our goal for every commission is to achieve a beautiful, comfortable, and sustainable project that exceeds the expectations of our client.

AVAILABILITY

Members of our team have worked extensively on projects locally, nationally, and internationally. Our office is located in Overland Park, KS. We are a mobile studio and very adept at travel. The personnel listed in this packet will be working on the project and will have a personal, hands-on approach to the work. We are nimble and equipped to handle aggressive project schedules and deadlines. Our collective studio is small in number but mighty in performance.
